I-Scoring
Most agencies use credit scores or other means from outside sources. RMEx internally scores our accounts against our database (22 years-worth of records), which has proven to be far more successful than other methods. 93% percent of our collections come from 60% of our total active inventory. In addition, many companies use third-party services to verify addresses or obtain phone numbers on new accounts. In some cases, it is advantageous to obtain a credit report or collection score prior to working the account. RMEx is used to intelligently select accounts and determine the level of service required, based on the account information and the" collectability" of the accounts. By analyzing each account and calculating its collectability, we are able to determine on an account-by account-basis the service levels required.

I-Scripting
Intelligent scripting allows powerful scripts to be built at the time of presenting an account and accessing different areas of the system.
